1 on 1 personal training is the most effective way to achieve your desired fitness goals!  As a client you, will receive your trainer's full attention through the entire exercise routine.  This is a really good way to stay motivated and maximize your potential throughout the fitness program.   

A FREE fitness assessment and nutritional consultation is also offered with this service.  This is to help you and your trainer find out what your fitness level is so your trainer will be able to discuss and prescribe an effective fitness program.
